Houses the Parks and Leisure Services Department administrative offices, has fourteen lighted tennis courts, a large playground, picnic areas, a picnic shelter, a gazebo, gardens, interpretive nature trails, a beautiful stream, clean restrooms, and two fitness courses, one of which is handicap accessible.
